Returns for Items Purchased

Chilly Dog offers returns for all products purchased within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Should you wish to return or exchange an item purchased, kindly send it to the following address: (We do not issue return labels, but we also do not charge a restocking fee to even it out)

Please ensure that your return package includes the following:

1. A note clearly stating your invoice or order number.
2. Precise instructions indicating whether you intend to return the item or exchange it.
3. Your full name, address, and phone number, so we can reach out if necessary.
4. In the case of an exchange, kindly include billing information or a prepaid return label for a seamless transaction.
