Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we've received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Most items are shipped directly from the designer/manufacturer. Shipping carriers include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx and USPS according to the items ordered and the shipping destination. Delivery times are estimated. Certain delays are inevitable and out of our control. We do not guarantee any specific time for shipment or delivery.

Le Pet Luxe is an online boutique. We are able to offer such a wonderful range of products, so as a result, the items are shipped from a number of different sources/locations and are often shipped in a number of separate packages. It is possible that one order can arrive in more than one shipment.
We will go out of our way to make sure that our clients and their fur babies are very happy with us and enjoy their experience shopping here at Le Pet Luxe.
If your item is back-ordered or otherwise unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization charge and contact you to inform you by e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days unless noted longer on the product page), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If you have ordered more than one item and one or more of the items you ordered is on backorder, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to shipper and will be charged for shipping fees. Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will be apply and store refund will be issued for the balance Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
