Hiddin - Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy
Refund policy
Please be sure to open and inspect your products immediately. Contact us as soon as possible if there are any errors or issues, and be sure to keep all products and packaging. We will need photography of any issues or damages.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of purchase. Custom orders are not cancellable or returnable once your payment has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange or return an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide return instructions. Hiddin does not offer free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all returned merchandise. Only stock items are returnable, not custom orders.

Once you receive the return instructions, and you have 15 days to return it. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive the item in perfect, re-sellable condition, we will refund you in full minus the return shipping if any and the 15% restocking fee.
Full details of our return policy and process:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact us outside of the 14 day return window, your return request will be decided on a case by case basis and may not qualify for a return.
- After submitting your return request, we will review the information and email instructions for returning the item.
- Please do not return items without prior authorization as it will be refused.
- All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 15 days for a refund.
- Once an item has been returned, we will give you a full refund of the item price; minus the restocking fee and return shipping if Hiddin provided a return label.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase up to 21 days of our receiving your returned item. If you have not received a credit and it has been longer than 21 days from the day your item was sent back/picked up for return, please contact us.
- In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. We will reach out to you should this occur.
- If a store credit is requested, it will expire within 365 days of issue. Store credits are non-transferable and non-returnable.
Damage
Please keep all products and packaging, and take photos of the outside box, inside packaging, the product, and the product's damage, as well as any damage on the box itself.
Email your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos to info@lepetluxe.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive the email, we will work with you to replace the damaged items promptly.
Damaged product may not be returned for a refund; you will get a replacement only.
Defective Items
Please be sure to open and inspect your products immediately. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Photo proof, emailed to info@lepetluxe.com, will be required to verify the defect, and if deemed defective by Hiddin, you will receive a replacement of the same item. Defective product may not be returned for a refund; you will get a replacement only.
Claims for defective merchandise will not be honored if the items are used or installed.
