REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

In the event of an exchange/refund/store credit please submit a request at our return center at the bottom of our website. Once your request has been submitted allow 2 business days for instructions to be sent via email. If you have not received instructions in that time period; please check your junk mail and then  contact customer service at info@k9sportsack.com. 

  • All returns, refunds and exchanges must be postmarked within 60 days from the date of receipt and must be returned in like new condition, free of all fur/hair/dirt and with tags still attached. Products not adhering to this policy may result in an additional cleaning/processing fee up to 20% of the item’s retail value. 
  • US Domestic customers will be sent a pre-paid return label with return instructions via email once a return request has been submitted. 
  • International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping of product(s). If an exchange is being requested K9 Sport Sack® will cover the cost of the new exchanged product being shipped out to the customer.
    • Customers are responsible for their own packaging materials for returns (poly bag/tape/blister wrap etc.) 
      • An email confirmation will be sent once the return has been received and processed as one of the following:
          • Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original item and shipped out the next business day via standard shipping.
          • Store credits will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card.
          • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 days to post to your account. K9 Sport Sack® does not refund shipping fees.

      WARRANTY

      • Warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to, manufacturer defects, product malfunctions, sizing issues and incompatible dog personalities within 60 days of purchase.
      • The warranty does not cover damage caused by pet’s chewing, tearing or other defacement as well as common wear from use, or the use with dogs that exceed the weight and height limits set for each model.

        SHIPPING

        • K9 Sport Sack® uses USPS for all domestic orders. Average shipping time is 2-5 days. If delays occur on your package, please contact USPS as they are the carrier and delivery service. (If expedited shipping is needed please contact customer service directly for a quote.)
        • K9 Sport Sack® uses the US Postal Service, DHL or UPS for international orders and shipping times can vary from 2-5 weeks or 3-5 days depending on the method chosen at checkout. 
          • International orders are subject to import taxes, customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Your order may be held by your customs office until the fees are paid. In these cases K9 Sport Sack® is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees. Therefore, it is the duty of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods. If a package is refused for this reason a refund will not be issued until the package is returned to K9 Sport Sack®.
        • K9 Sport Sack® is not responsible for any delays in the shipment caused by invalid address, carrier delays or custom duties/ taxes. If a delay does occur please contact your local post office or the carrier it was shipped with to find out more information.

        BACKORDERED ITEMS

        If your order includes a backordered product all products will ship together when the backordered items are in stock. Unless otherwise indicated by the customer and separately billed shipping rates are negotiated with the customer on a case by case basis. 

         

        NEW PRODUCTS

        K9 Sport Sack® reserves the right to introduce new products at any time without advance notice.  Warranty coverage does not include returning an older product for a newer version.
