Returns

We accept returns and exchanges when contacted within 30 days of delivery.   Please ship the product so that it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.

Store credit will be issued.  

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

If the item is not returned in its original condition (tags attached, free of pet hair and dirt), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Discontinued and clearance items are non-refundable.
