If you’re not completely satisfied with your Sweet Goodbye item(s), we will gladly provide an exchange or refund if requested within 30 days of your original order date.

Need an Exchanged Item Quickly?:
If you need an exchange item quickly, we recommend purchasing the new item as a separate order and returning the original item to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
Returns and Refunds:
- EMAIL US at info@lepetluxe.com to request your refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your order date. Please include the reason for your return plus the order date and order number. If you are wanting an exchange, please let us know your new desired product, size, color and ship-to address.
- RECEIVE SHIPPING LABEL - we will send you a Return Address Label to print and affix to your package. Please return all items in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns, other than for faulty items.
- SEND PACKAGE with RETURN ITEM - we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit. Please retain your tracking number to track delivery status.
- RECEIVE REFUND / EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT – we will notify you via email once we have received your return. Please allow approximately 7 business days for credits, refunds or exchanges to be processed.
