This special material keeps food fresh and water cool for several hours.

To cool the bowl soak it with normal tap water for 45 sec to activate
the cooling effect.

Cool water and food reduce bacterial contamination. Fresh water encourages pets to stay hydrated. The bowl is LFGB and FDA tested and approved.

Tremendous Dog Bowl to slow eating!

Our Dog .. 'Key West' had this bowl previously and it was time to replace it. Your service and delivery was excellent... outer box came in pristine condition... not even a sign of being shipped. The ceramic 'bone' in the middle works in slowing his eating rate.

Slow feeding idea really works

I bought this originally as a christmas present for my cat from The Container Store; they were selling it as a stocking stuffer. The first time my baby ate out of it she took 3 hours to finish her dinner! She would reach in and around the heart to get just a few pieces then come back for more later. Before this she would inhale her food and sometimes throw it back up! I have never tried chilling it, but I may get a second one for her water just to do that. Highly recommend!!

my dog loves it

it's a smart way of mitigating how quickly my dog eats which is good for both the sake of weight control and an upset stomach, plus it looks cool with the bone motif emerging from the middle. the material of the bowl itself is substantial and seems unlikely to break.
